8 a.m. to noon - Lumberjack Breakfast, Route 28, Old Forge.
McCauley Mountain Ski Area
10 a.m. - 4th Annual Tom Gorman Snowshoe/Cross-Country Ski Trek, sponsored by the Central Adirondack Kiwanis Club of Old Forge. Open to individuals and teams, the fundraiser benefits the Utica Heart Run Walk and the Kiwanis Defibrillator Project. To register call 369-6983. This year's event is in memory of the late Bud Russell of Old Forge

Noon - The 48th Annual Snowflake Derby, sponsored by the Polar Bear Ski Club. Pre-registration not required

3:30 p.m. - Outdoor Sports Competition with soccer and volleyball in the snow, sponsored by the Junior Class.
5 p.m. - Last Run Cafe Buffet. Karaoke with Colin Clark in the Chalet.
7:30 p.m. - Coronation of the 2004 King and Queen of the Winter Carnival, Ash and Lynda Kellogg. Torchlight skiing, daredevil jumping. Fireworks over McCauley Mtn.
9 p.m. - Community dance sponsored by the Last Run Cafe and Tavern. Karaoke with Colin Clark.
